ORSAY opens flagship store at Ibn Batuta Mall highlighting SS’17 collection

Rubaiyat, Saudi Arabia's most renowned retailer created by Abdullah Binzagr and family, introduces ORSAY, a German fashion brand, to the UAE.

ORSAY stands for young, fashionable, good value outfits, in which women can express their individual femininity at all times.
